Delhi’s Saket Court on Monday refused interim relief to businessman Navneet Kalra in the case related to hoarding of oxygen concentrators in the capital.

Kalra had moved the court for an anticipatory bail plea, but the Court asked Delhi Police to file its reply to the plea and the matter will be heard on Tuesday.

The Delhi Police had issued a lookout notice for Kalra who has been on the run since the raids last week. The Delhi police seized 524 concentrators from restaurants and offices owned by Kalra in Khan Market, Lodhi Colony and Chhatarpur.

The case has now been transferred to the Crime Branch.
