Indian curries are usually made with oil ghee or butter, and the taste of the dish is directly proportional to its oil content. But too much is not just unhealthy, it even looks awful when it floats on top of the curry. So, how to get rid of the excess oil?
Well, a new viral hack has found a genius solution and all you need is some ice for it! This short video shared on Twitter uses a large piece of ice to get rid of the extra oil floating on top of the curry. Do not believe me? Take a look for yourself.
The video is shared by the handle @24hrknowledge and has garnered over 200k views. It’s interesting how the oil freezes when it comes in contact with the ice and changes into a sheet of fat. So just discard this sheet and your curry should be good to go!
