Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra reveals his plans for next year's season

Neeraj Chopra who rose to stardom after winning the historic gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics has decided to end his 2021 season campaign. The ace athlete who brought home India's first Olympic gold in athletics told Editorji that he has decided to cut the 2020 season short and prepare for the next year which is completely packed with all important events like the Common Wealth Games, Asian Games and World Championships.

Earlier in his Instagram post, the 23-year-old athlete who ended India's 100-year-long wait for an athletic medal at the Olympics said that because of his packed traveling schedule and a bout of illness, he has not been able to resume training since returning from Tokyo.
