The Oppo A55s 5G has been launched in Japan, the latest in the brand's affordable smartphone lineup.

It's price has been set at JPY 32,800 (around ₹21,300) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model, and the Oppo A55s 5G will go on sale in Japan from November 26. Indian pricing and availability have not been announced yet.

The Oppo A55s 5G features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ LCD LTPS display with 405pp pixel density and a refresh rate of up to 90Hz, with 180Hz touch sampling rate. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage that is further expandable using a microSD card.

On the back, the Oppo A55s 5G sports a dual rear camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary depth sensor. On the front, there's an 8MP selfie camera, which supports face recognition.
Available in Green and Black colour options, the Oppo A55s 5G runs on ColorOS 11, based on the Android 11 operating system.
Under the hood, the Oppo A55s 5G gets a 4,000mAh battery, while there's connectivity options in the form of Bluetooth v5, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Oppo A55s 5G weighs 178g, and includes a gyroscope sensor, accelerometer, magnetic sensor, proximity sensor and optical sensor.
