Oxygen 'mock drill' killed 22 at Agra hospital? probe ordered

Agra administration has ordered a probe after a video emerged of a hospital owner claiming to have cut the oxygen supply of the patients on April 26. Livehindustan has reported that the owner of the Paras Hospital is heard saying in the video that supply was cut for five minutes as part of a mock drill and 22 people may died due to the "experiment".
Dr Arinjay Jain is further heard saying that the there was an acute shortage of oxygen on that day, and he decided to cut the supply to see how may would survive, the report said.
District magistrate Prabhu N Singh has , however, denied that 22 patients died that day. He said that on April 26 and 27, only seven patients died in Paras Hospital.
The DM said that they have taken the cognisance of the video and investigation has started, adding that action will b taken against those found guilty.
