Taiwan earthquake: scary videos of building collapse, huge landslide, bridge shaking | Hualien

Comparisons are being drawn with the 1999 temblor which killed over 2,400 in the island nation. While the US said that the latest quake's magnitude was 7.4, Japan said that it was 7.7.
