Heavy rains continue to devastate Uttarakhand where at least 23 people have died.

Downpour is being seen across India, despite of the monsoon being officially over, causing massive floods and landslides.

The reason for this continuous rainfall is the development of low pressure which is causing the 'monsoon's to still continue.

But this time its not just the low-pressure but climate change.

Climate change is adding to the rise in  frequency in extreme weather conditions.
