Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina on Friday revealed his plans to set up a cricket academy in Jammu and Kashmir. The 33-year-old on his visit to Kashmir spoke to J&K's Lt Governor Manoj Sinha who requested him to set up 5 cricket schools each in the Kashmir and Jammu division to train aspiring cricketers of the union territory. Raina who wants to promote sports among the J&K youth also spoke to DGP Dilbag Singh to discuss plans with J&K police for encouraging local youth and identifying talented youngsters particularly underprivileged kids in the union territory.
