Known leaker Jon Prosser claimed in a tweet that Google will announce a new Pixel phone on June 11. Google is expected to announce two phones over the course of the year - one being the Pixel 6, which will succeed last year's Pixel 5, and the Pixel 5a, the successor to the mid-range Pixel 4a. Prosser said that he is not sure which phone will be announced on the date. According to reports, the Pixel 5a is tipped to do away with a hole-punch display, going back to a thin bezel at the top which will house the camera. Apart from a new phone, Google is also expected to launch a version of their true wireless earphones, the Pixel Buds.
