Reports: OnePlus 9 series to offer new OnePlus 9 Lite smartphone

Rumour has it that OnePlus will be adding a new moniker to its next OnePlus 9 series--the OnePlus 9 Lite. The series will reportedly offer three models, the regular OnePlus 9, a 9 Pro and a 9 Lite. This new variant is expected to run on the Snapdragon 865 chipset, as opposed to the latest and greatest Snapdragon 888 that's expected to power the 9 and 9 Pro. Reports say the OnePlus 9 Lite could share a lot of features with the OnePlus 8T that was launched in October starting at ₹42,999.
