Reports: Russia fines Twitter for not removing protest posts

According to reports, Russia has slapped Twitter with three fines that amount to a total of around $117,000 for refusing to remove content that allegedly encouraged protests. Authorities have reportedly accused Twitter of failing to take down posts that allegedly encouraged minors to join unauthorised protests. Reports say Twitter has 60 days to pay the fine, and has yet to comment on the situation.
