In a major setback for the RJD ahead of the Bihar polls, veteran leader and founder Lalu Yadav's oldest associate, Rghuvansh Prasad Singh has quit the party. The former union minister, who has been with the RJD since its inception in 1997, had been upset with the way Lalu's son Tejashwi is running the party. In a handwritten to Lalu Yadav from AIIMS in Delhi, where Raghuvansh Prasad is admitted in ICU, he has written: "I stood with you for 32 years, but no more".
