Salman Khurshid's Nainital home vandalized: he asks 'am I still wrong to say this cannot be Hinduism?'

Amid a row over his just released book, Congress leader Salman Khurshid’s home was allegedly vandalized in Nanital.  
 
In his new book, the Congress leader has compared 'Hindutva' to radical Islam. 

Sharing pictures and videos, Khurshid asked on Facebook is he still wrong to say this cannot be Hinduism. 

In one of the videos Khurshid shared on social media, a man can be seen trying to extinguish a fire at the Congress leader's Nainital home. 

Pictures shared by Khurshid also show smashed windowpanes and a charred door at his residence in Nainital. 

One video also shows a group of people waving a BJP flag standing around a fire and chanting slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’.

The local police said that they have booked over 21 people and strict action will be taken against the perpetrators.
