Samsung is all set to announce a slate of new products at its August 11 Galaxy Unpacked event. You can watch the event at 7:30 PM IST on Samsung’s website, or their YouTube channel. As we await the announcements, here’s a roundup of what you can expect at the event based on the latest leaks and rumours.
Samsung is expected to launch its new slate of foldable smartphones at the event with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Both phones are expected to sport the latest flagship specs, including a Snapdragon 888 chipset, and 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are also expected to sport 12MP triple and dual camera setups respectively. There are also rumours of S-Pen support, since Samsung has confirmed that the Note series will not see a launch this year.

The company is also expected to launch the new Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic smartwatches. The watches will run the new Wear OS platform jointly developed by Samsung and Google, and will run on the new 5nm Exynos W920 chipset that Samsung has already announced.

Finally, the event is also expected to see the launch of the new Galaxy Buds 2 TWS earbuds, which will succeed the Galaxy Buds+ and are rumoured to bring along new features like active noise cancellation, and an IPX2 rating for water resistance.
