'Shershaah' starring Sidharth Malhotra, has become Amazon Prime Video's most watched film in India.
Sidharth shared the update with his fans on Instagram, saying he was 'overwhelmed with the love and appreciation that the film has been receiving'.
Producer Karan Johar also reacted to the lovely news, saying he was 'grateful & exhilarated by the love and respect' that has poured in for the film. He added it has been an honour to showcase a legacy that will go down in history.

Released on August 12, 'Shershaah' tells the story of Param Vir Chakra awardee and war hero Captain Vikram Batra, who fought valiantly and died in the 1999 Kargil war.
Produced under Karan Johar's Dharma Films banner, 'Shershaah' also stars Kiara Advani as the female lead and has been directed by Vishnu Vardhan.
Though the film received mixed reviews, it has been a hit with the audience. 'Shershaah' also got a 8.9 score on IMDb, voted for by more than 88,000 users.
