Sikhs deliver meals to truck drivers stranded on UK border

Sikhs in the UK delivered hot meals to thousands of truck drivers stranded on border with France after it was closed over the fear of the new Covid strain. British media reported that Khalsa Aid volunteers cooked meals for hours and delivered close to a thousand meals pizzas, chickpea rice and mushroom pasta to a camp of stranded truck drivers. Other charity organisations and food outlets such as dominos also joined the Sikh volunteers donating food to be distributed among the stranded drivers.
