Ayesha Naseem: Pakistan's promising youngster announces retirement at 18

After just 3 years on the international stage and one of Pakistan's emerging talents Ayesha Naseem announced her retirement at the age of 18.

Touted as Pakistan's next big thing, Naseem who made her international debut in Green in 2020 has scored 402 runs from 34 international games. 

The power-hitter was a regular part of the T20I team and had played 4 ODI matches as well. 

As per reports, Ayesha informed the Pakistan Cricket Board of her decision and told the body, 'I am leaving cricket and want to live my life according to Islam'
