As cricket is all set to make a comeback at the 2022 Commonwealth Games after 24 years, the ICC and Commonwealth Games Federation announced the fixtures on Tuesday.
The league-cum-knockout women's tournament will kick off with a rematch of the women's 2020 T20 World Cup final between Australia and India on July 29. The Women in Blue will then take on arch-rivals Pakistan on July 31 before their final Group A match against Barbados on August 3.
It will only be the second time that cricket features in the Commonwealth Games after a men's competition was part of the Games in Kuala Lumpur in 1998.
