KL Rahul has been in the line of fire for his poor run with the bat, most recently in the 2-match Test series vs Bangladesh.

Reacting to that, Dinesh Karthik feels that Rahul will have to score a couple of hundreds in India's upcoming Test series vs Australia or he might lose his spot to Shubman Gill.

During a show on Cricbuzz, DK added, 'The one thing that goes against Rahul is the fact that he has played over 40 Tests and his average is just mid-30s. That is not acceptable for an opener.'
