Indian team management giving multiple chances to the out of form-pair of Cheteshwaar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane is raising many eyebrows. Following a poor show by the duo on the ongoing South Africa tour, Dinesh Karthik said that head coach Rahul Dravid will have to make a couple of harsh decisions. During a chat with Cricbuzz, he said that to keep playing at the number 3 spot for 3 years without scoring a hundred for the world's best team, Pujara would know he has got a long rope. 'But the long rope they have been given is slowly burning out and you are coming to the end of it,' added Karthik.
The veteran Indian keeper added that if Virat Kohli returns for the 3rd Test, either Rahane or Pujara will have to make way for him.
