Australia's plan of making a comeback in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy got a major boost ahead of the third Test in Indore.

Australia head coach Andrew McDonald has announced that the all-rounder Cameron Green is 100 per cent fit for the third Test while Mitchell Starc is also in line to start after recovering from their respective finger injuries.

McDonald revealed that Green was close to being available for the Delhi Test match but he was not cleared to play.

The Aussie all-rounder is expected to replace Matt Renshaw in the XI.
