India's veteran fast bowler Jhulan Goswami has added yet another record to her stellar International career as she became the first women cricketer to take 250 wickets in ODIs.
Goswami registered the feat during India's match against England in ICC Women's ODI World Cup 2022. Jhulan's record shows how she is way ahead of her contemporaries given the second-highest wicket-taker in women's cricket is 70 wickets behind her. Australia's Cathryn Fitzpatrick and West Indies' Anisa Mohammed are in second place with 180 wickets each in ODI cricket. Cathryn had retired from International cricket in 2007 while Anisa is currently part of West Indies' World Cup campaign.
