South Africa is fighting hard to win the 2nd Test and stay alive in the series vs India as they ended Day 3 at 118/2, still 122 runs away from the target.

AJinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara stitched together a 111-run stand but little support from other batters meant that India was bowled out for 266 in the 2nd innings. Chasing 240 to win, South Africa lost Markram for 31 and then Petersen for 28, But Dean Elgar dropped anchor and remained unbeaten on 46. Rassie van der Dussen is also batting on 11 as India would hope to take quick wickets on Day 4 to bounce back.
