After losing the 2nd consecutive T20I against South Africa, skipper Rishabh Pant has urged the spinners to perform better in the remaining 3 matches of the 5-match T20I series.
Speaking about it, Pant said that though the team started well, but after 10-11 overs, they did not bowl well and that's where the game changed. The spinners need to come better into the game, the 24-year-old noted.
India suffered yet another 4-wicket defeat after the team's bowling unit failed to defend the 148-run target. Although Bhuvneshwar Kumar picked a 4-wickets, the spinners failed miserably against the Proteas yet again. While Chahal conceded 49 runs, Axar Patel gave away 19 runs in just 1 over that he bowled in the 2nd T20I.
