Virat Kohli's weakness outside the off-stump is no secret as the Indian Test captain has often fallen while fishing in that channel, particularly when to the deliveries swinging away from him.

As Virat got out in the same fashion in both the innings of the Centurion Test vs South Africa, Team India batting coach Vikram Rathour has opened up about Kohli's weakness outside the off-stump. He backed Virat and said that these shots bring him lots of runs and it's his scoring shot. 'If you don't play a certain shot, you will never get out playing that shot. You will never score runs as well,' added Rathour.

The batting coach though added that that's the shot Kohli plays well and he needs to carry on playing that shot but he needs to pick better balls.
