India's ace legspinner Yuzvendra Chahal is yet another cricketer who has come out in support of ex-Indian captain Virat Kohli who is going through a rough phase in his career.
Speaking on the show Sports Yaari, Chahal pointed out that despite Kohli's bad phase, the Indian batter still instills fear in any bowler of the world if he gets a good start. Praising Kohli further, the 32-year-old bowler said that for people, a batsman of his demeanour who has been the Man of the Tournament in two T20 World Cups, has 70 international centuries in his name, his contributions of 60-70 do not seem enough to the audience.
'The problem is we just see his 100s, we do not talk about his valuable contributions of 60-70 because of the standards he has set', Chahal said.
