In a big boost for the Mumbai Indians, England pacer Jofra Archer is set to be available for the entire duration of IPL 2023.
According to a report on Cricbuzz, both ECB & IPL officials have confirmed that the 27-year-old will be able to play the full IPL. Archer's availability comes as a huge relief for the Mumbai Indians who are already without their talisman Jasprit Bumrah.
Archer's workload though will be monitored and managed by the franchise in consultation with the ECB. The premier England fast bowler, who missed out on 18 months of cricket in 2021 & 2022 due to injury, returned to competitive cricket with MI Cape Town in the SA20 in January.
