The Lucknow Super Giants have ended their 2-year association with head coach Andy Flower.

The franchise confirmed the development through a post on social media, where they thanked the Zimbabwean for his services.

Flower's departure confirms the murmurs in the media about the Super Giants looking for a new coach in the market, with talks reportedly taking place with former Australian coach Justin Langer.

LSG had signed Flower on a 2-year contract ahead of the franchise's maiden IPL season in 2022. While the Super Giants made it to the playoffs both times under Flower's tenure, the franchise decided not to renew his contract.
