Rajasthan Royals buy Ravichandran Ashwin for 5 Crore as the ex-Delhi player now joins Jos Buttler in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction.

Going back to 2019, R Ashwin and Buttler were involved in a famous incident of Mankading where R Ashwin picked the English player's wicket who was at the non-striker's end. Buttler's controversial dismissal led to a collapse and Ashwin who was then a part of Kings XI Punjab won the match by 14 runs.
