Indian bowler Ishant Sharma is evidently not a fan of the term "workload management" that has been introduced lately to prevent unnecessary injuries to fast bowlers.

Sharma, who is only the second pacer to have played 100 tests for Team India after Zaheer Khan feels that the only way to prevent injuries is to bowl as much and long as possible.

"The only thing I would say right now is: 'Do not think too much about the workload'. That's a new term that's come up in recent times, especially for fast bowlers. I never saw something like that during my international stint." Ishant Sharma said.

"If you want to improve, the only thing you can do is to keep bowling," he further added.
