Jay Shah's term as the president of the Asian Cricket Council has been extended unanimously by a year at the ACC Annual General Meeting on Saturday.

The BCCI secretary who took over the position in January last year will remain in office in 2024. He has now become the youngest administrator to be re-appointed at the post.

Expressing gratitude towards the decision, Shah said that the Asian Cricket Council will remain committed to ensuring the all-round development of men's and women's cricket in the region around the year.
