Former Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir is eyeing to make his IPL debut next year. But how will it be possible when no cricketer from across the border is allowed to play in the cash-rich league?
It's been 3 years since the pacer announced his international retirement and he has been living in the UK since then. Amir is set to get citizenship of the European nation in 2024.
Since he will no longer be a citizen of Pakistan after getting his British citizenship, he will automatically become eligible to play in the IPL.
In an interview with ARY news, Amir expressed his interest in playing in IPL 2024 and said that he will avail the best opportunity when he gets his British passport.
