New Zealand Cricket announced their 15-man squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup in Australia, where we'll see Kane Williamson lead the Black Caps once again.

Opener Finn Allen and all-rounder Michael Bracewell will be making their maiden T20 World Cup appearance this year. Besides that, the players who were part of the NZ squad that reached the final in the last edition have made it to the list, apart from Kyle Jamieson (back injury), Todd Astle, & Tim Seifert.

Black Caps veteran Martin Guptill will be making his record seventh T20 World Cup appearance this year. Only his fellow countrymen, Nathan McCullum and Ross Taylor are the only other players to have featured in six T20 World Cups so far.

New Zealand will start their campaign against hosts Australia in the first Super 12 clash on Oct 22.

NZ Full squad: Kane Williamson (c), Finn Allen, Trent Boult, Michael Bracewell, Mark Chapman, Devon Conway (wk), Lockie Ferguson, Martin Guptill, Adam Milne, Daryl Mitchell, Jimmy Neesham, Glenn Phillips, Mitchell Santner, Ish Sodhi, Tim Southee
