According to latest reports, India will host the quadrennial from October 5 to November 19, with defending champions England opening the tournament with a game against New Zealand.

Hosts India will play their first game on October 5 vs Australia in Chennai. According to the draft schedule, the blockbuster India vs Pakistan match is scheduled for October 15 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.
