The chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board Ramiz Raja has proposed an idea for an annual quadrangular Super Series.
In a tweet, Raja said that he has proposed for a four nation T20I Super Series, involving Pakistan, India, Australia, and England, which could be played every year and hosted on a rotational basis by the four nations.
He further added that a separate revenue model with profits is to be shared on a percentage basis with all ICC members.
The PCB chairman Ramiz Raja has been quite vocal about the India, Pakistan cricket game and ahead of India vs Pakistan encounter in ICC T20 World Cup 2021 had addressed the lack of games between both the countries.
Notably, India and Pakistan have not been playing bilateral series due to political tension between the two nations. India last played a bilateral series with Pakistan in December 2012, when the neighbouring country visited India for a limited-overs series.
