After returning from a shoulder injury, India batter Shreyas Iyer seems unstoppable in every format of the game. His performances are giving him rich dividends and the ICC Player of the Month award is the latest edition to it.
The 27-year-old India batter won the ICC award on the back of his superb batting display in the white-ball series against Sri Lanka and the West Indies.

During the West Indies ODI series, Shreyas scored 80 and 25 in the two matches he played. While he remained unbeaten in all the three T20Is against Sri Lanka, scoring a total of 204 runs and winning the Player of the series award.
Meanwhile New Zealand all-rounder Amelia Kerr was named the Women's Player of the Month for her consistent performance against India in the home series.
During the ODI series against India, Kerr scored 353 runs at a staggering average of 117.67 and bagged seven wickets at an economy of 5.78.
