Indian batter Shubman Gill continued his rich vein of form as the 23-year-old completed his maiden century for Glamorgan in the second division of the County Championship.
The young Indian batter offered the viewers a splendid display of stroke-making, recording his hundred in just 123 balls against Sussex.
Gill scored 16 boundaries along with 2 sixes in his innings. He had already shown his potential in the limited overs format by scoring his maiden century for India in the ODI series against Zimbabwe.
This is his first three-figure score for Glamorgan as they look for promotion to the first division of the County Championship. They are 9 points behind Middlesex in second, with the final round of fixtures currently on.
Gill was eventually dismissed for 119, with a lofted mishit bringing about his downfall.
