Virat Kohli: India’s star cricketer’s net worth over ₹1000 cr - Report

Indian star Virat Kohli has amassed a lot of wealth in his 15-year long career through endorsements, investments, his central BCCI contract and earnings from the Indian Premier League.

Now, a report by social trading platform Stock Gro claims the legend's net worth is ₹1050 crore, which reportedly is the highest among international cricketers.

The 34-year-old earns ₹7 crore per year from his central A+ contract with the BCCI. In addition, for each Test match, Kohli earns ₹15 lakh, ₹7 lakh per ODI game and ₹3 lakh for every T20I match each.

The former India skipper also earns ₹15 crore annually from his IPL contract with the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

This is just from his cricket earnings.

The ace batter has several investments across brands, including start-ups like Blue Tribe, Universal Sportsbiz, MPL, and Sports Convo.

The cricketer has also started several of his own businesses that generate a hefty sum per annum, including several sports teams like the FC Goa Football Club.

His 18 brand endorsements, according to Stock Gro, amount to a whopping ₹175 crore.

Apart from that, Virat Kohli charges an astonishing ₹8.9 crore per Instagram post and ₹2.5 crore for every tweet he puts out.

Kohli's properties in Mumbai and Delhi-NCR are approximately worth ₹110 crore and he also has luxury cars worth ₹80 crore, according to the report.
