Having made his Test cricket debut in the Caribbean back in 2011, former Indian skipper Virat Kohli will be looking to put his best foot forward when Team India take on the West Indies, starting with the 2-match Test series that begins on July 12.
When asked about his fondest memory in the Caribbean, Kohli mentioned his first-ever Test double hundred he scored for his country in Antigua, and that too with Sir Vivian Richards in attendance.
"My favourite memory obviously is Antigua. I got my first-ever double hundred in Test cricket in Antigua in front of Sir Vivian Richards. That for me was a very, very special moment and then he met me in the evening as well and congratulated me. It can’t get any better than that,” Kohli told Star Sports.
