Pakistan skipper Babar Azam attended ace pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi's wedding on 19th September as their joyous images and videos put an end to the reports of a potential rift between the two cricketers.

The skipper took to X to congratulate the 23-year-old on his wedding to former cricketer Shahid Afridi's daughter Ansha Afridi.
Several videos and images of the 2 cricketers hugging each other also went viral on the social media platform.
To quell the rumours the pacer also shared an image on his account on X which he captioned as 'family'. As per reports, the 2 cricketers had a fallout after Pakistan's exit from the Asia Cup 2023 Super Four and Mohd Rizwan had to intervene to abate the situation.
