Having recovered from Covid-19, senior Indian pacer Mohammed Shami has started training at his farmhouse.
The news about Shami comes as a big boost for Team India after Jasprit Bumrah's back stress fracture resurfaced in the back ruled him out of the ongoing South Africa series. Bumrah is also a big doubt for the T20 World Cup Down Under.

Shami, who was also part of the India squad for the Australia & South Africa series, had tested positive for Covid-19 just before the 3-match T20I series against the Kangaroos.
The 32-year-old pacer is part of the travelling reserves for the T20 World Cup and if the pacer does prove he’s match fit in the coming days, he could well be added to the main squad ahead of the marquee tournament.
