On the special occasion, Mithali Raj said, 'We all wanted this for a very long time and I feel that this is just a calling to be here on this big occasion. It's just a celebration and we are very happy to just be here and be a part of this celebration.'

Kumble, who reached the Ram temple with his wife said, 'It's a divine occasion and we are blessed to be a part of this. Very historic and looking forward to seeking the blessings of Ram Lalla. It will mean a lot more to us and we will continue to come to Ayodhya but just to be a part of this occasion is a wonderful feeling and we are really blessed.'
