Virat Kohli's weakness outside the off-stump is no secret as the Indian Test captain has often fallen while fishing in that channel, particularly to the deliveries swinging away from him.
As Virat once again got out to a wide delivery outside off-stump in the first innings of the Centurion Test vs South Africa, former India batting coach Sanjay Bangar feels that it could well be a mental error in the execution part.
During a Star Sports show, Bangar said that against quicker attacks on seaming pitches, you require one more game. You can't only rely on the front foot shots. 'It will be worth it if Virat Kohli can give a thought of developing some sort of a response of the back foot as well. Otherwise, he just seems to be preoccupied with scoring runs off the front foot,' added the new RCB coach.
