Indian Wrestler Bajrang Punia was simply unstoppable at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
The star Indian wrestler, who was also the defending Champion in the 65 kg category, once again proved his mettle by taking home the Gold. He was always the favourite to win the crown coming into the tournament.
The Olympic Bronze medalist was many notches above his competition all through the event and he defeated Canada’s Lachlan McNeil with ease in the final.

Bajrang’s dominance in his category earned him his 3rd medal at the quadrennial event. Prior to the Gold here in Birmingham, he won the silver in Glasgow in 2014 before winning the Gold at the Gold Coast games.
