According to reports, Arsenal has launched a British record 122 million euro bid for Declan Rice after two previously failed bids for the West Ham captain.
Rice is also a target for Premier League champions Manchester City who saw their first bid of 93 million euros and more in add-ons rejected by the 'Hammers.'
If Arsenal's bid is accepted, it will eclipse Manchester City’s capture of Jack Grealish from Aston Villa in 2021.
