Liverpool beat Chelsea 11-10 on penalties in a dramatic Carabao Cup final on Sunday night to secure the first domestic trophy of the season.
The incident-packed game saw Chelsea's 3 goals disallowed for offside and a goal by Liverpool ruled out for a foul and offside. But the Blues were left frustrated after Mason Mount missed 2 glorious chances to score.
The showdown finally came down to the two keepers and Liverpool's Caoimhin Kelleher didn't let Manager Jurgen Klopp's faith in him down. After a brilliant show at the nets, he also scored the decisive penalty for the Reds. Kepa Arrizabalaga missed the decisive spot-kick as Liverpool won the Carabao Cup for the first time since 2012.
