It wasn't a return that Robert Lewandowski would have been expecting as his trip to Bayern Munich proved costly with his new club Barcelona going down 2-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Lewa might have scored nine goals in six games for his new club before Tuesday but despite a number of clear openings in the first-half, the 34-year-old failed to find the net against his former club.
Barcelona had to pay for that as a goal each by Lucas Hernandez and Leroy Sane blew away the Catalan Giants. Xavier Hernández's men are now 2nd in group C, level on 3 points with Inter Milan.
