Manchester United's attacking spearhead Cristiano Ronaldo has arrived in Manchester to discuss his future at Old Trafford with boss Erik Ten Hag.
The Portuguese superstar missed United's pre-season tour to Thailand and Australia citing personal reasons. In a bid to play Champions League football this season, Ronaldo has been linked with several clubs but has failed to complete a move.
Earlier, ahead of United's pre-season tour, Ten Hag had confirmed that he had a conversation with Cristiano Ronaldo. "I had a good talk. That is between Cristiano and me. What I can confirm is we had a really good conversation together," he said.
United's new boss had previously said that their ace striker is not for sale this season.
Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford after a 12-year-old gap last season, where he was the club's top-scorer. Still, he could not help his side secure the elusive UEFA Champions League spot.
