Karim Benzema stood out with a hat-trick as Real Madrid hammered Barcelona 4-0 at the Camp Nou to reach the Copa del Rey final on Wednesday, progressing 4-1 on aggregate.

Vinicius Junior opened the scoring before Benzema sealed the game with 3 goals in the second half.

With the win, Madrid avoided losing four straight matches to Barcelona in the same season for the first time.
