The PSG star who was playing the 999th game of his career also went past Diego Maradona's Argentine record of most number of World Cup matches. While this was his 22nd appearance in the tournament, one more than Maradona.
The 35-year-old though missed a penalty in the 45th minute, Alexis Mac Allister and Julian Alvarez with goals in the 46th and 67th minute ensured a dominant win for La Albiceleste against a lacklustre Poland.
